By using diskikits.co.za or placing an order with Diski Kits (Pty) Ltd, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. About us

2. Placing an order

• You must be 18 or older, or have parental consent, to place an order.
• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock after payment, we will notify you within 2 working days and offer a full refund or replacement.
• A binding contract is formed only once we send you an order confirmation email.

3. Payment

• Payment is processed by Yoco Payments (Pty) Ltd via secure 3D Secure card checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Amex.
• We do not store your card details. All card data is handled by Yoco.
• Your order is only confirmed once payment is successfully authorised.

4. Delivery

• Delivery fee: R100 flat, nationwide within South Africa.
• We do not deliver outside South Africa at this time.
• Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch via tracked courier.
• We dispatch within 2 working days of successful payment.
• You will receive a tracking number by email and WhatsApp once your order ships.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by WhatsApping us at +27 64 668 1757. Once dispatched, please refer to our Returns Policy.

6. Returns & refunds

Our returns policy is set out in full at /returns. Summary: 7-day window from delivery, item must be unworn with original tags. This is in addition to any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 ("CPA").

7. Consumer Protection Act

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the CPA. You have the right to:

• Receive goods that are safe, of good quality, and fit for their intended purpose (Section 55).
• Return defective goods within 6 months for repair, replacement, or refund (Section 56).
• Cancel an advance reservation (Section 17) or fixed-term agreement (Section 14) subject to reasonable cancellation charges.

8. Product information

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Photos are for illustration — actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. If a product materially differs from its description, you may return it under Section 20 of the CPA.

9. Intellectual property

All content on diskikits.co.za — text, images, logos, layout — is owned by Diski Kits (Pty) Ltd or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without written consent.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diski Kits' total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not exclude liability for gross negligence, fraud, or death/personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of South Africa, or where applicable, referred to the National Consumer Commission or an alternative dispute-resolution body under the CPA.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
